Scott & Shannon are an amazing couple. So genuine, loving and just right for each other. Over Labor Day weekend, these two celebrated their love with a wedding at Dunmaglas Golf Course in Charlevoix, MI. Again, the rain threatened in the morning but was too scared to come out to face us during the day, that’s right I’m tough. Congrats Scott & Shannon and may God bless your marriage!

The hankie was handmade by Shannon’s mom. It took her a year to make it. The detail on this thing was amazing.

The day started off with a little bit of rain, but as soon we needed to start taking photos, the sky cleared and it turned out to be such a beautiful day in Charlevoix . In our home, Liz will mention every once and a while that she wishes we could get married again. It was a great day and we had so much fun celebrating with our family and friends. Ryan recently returned from Afghanistan and he and Ashley wanted to get some photographs to relive this special time in their life. After taking some photos at Castle Farms, the venue where their ceremony and reception was held, we headed to Michigan Beach in Charlevoix. It was great getting to know these two and spending the evening with them.
