So after I left the Jackson Citizen Patriot I kind of stopped updating my blog, OK I completely stopped. For what reason? Not sure really, I guess you could say I have been busy with interning at the Traverse Magazine, starting a photography business, working for my Mom and Warren and hanging out with my female friend of interest, Liz. I definitely have not stopped shooting though, which I was kind of scared I would do after I left the paper. For Traverse, I get an assignment here and there but I have been mainly getting experience with lighting still life and houses from their photographer Todd Zawistowski, great guy. What I spend most of my photography time on is sports. I have been shooting high school sports and selling my photos. I’m selling the photos really cheap but my main goal with the sports photography is advertising. Trying to get people to come to my website to see that I offer other services as well, such as senior photography. So far I have photographed 10 seniors, which I will start to post my favorites from now that things are starting to slow down. So my goal is post a new entry everyday till I am caught up from where I left off, so here we go.
These are engagement photos for my brother Jason and his fiancee Brittni. This was a lot of fun, I tired to steer away from the norm and this is what I came up with…
