Traverse City, MI Engagement Photos – Devon & Amanda

I have been waiting very patiently to work and blog about Devon and Amanda’s photos for a week and a half now and finally they are up! Devon and Amanda are good friends of Liz and I and we are so happy to be part of their lives and photograph them to celebrate their engagement. These two spent the weekend with us in Traverse City and we had such a blast. It was a weekend full of eating lots of good food, going out and listening to live music and walking around downtown Traverse, going into stores knowing that we weren’t going to buy anything, except a shirt for Devon that he was suppose to wear for the session and never had the chance to. I also want to thank these two for allowing Liz and I to try different lighting techniques and walking through a field that had grass about five feet tall! Seriously, there were times when we couldn’t see Liz and we thought an anaconda, or more realistically a gardener snake, was sneaking up on us. We look forward to seeing you guys the rest of our lives, whether you like that thought of that or not, and photographing your wedding next fall. Cheers!
