Ryan & Jessie tied the knot on the shoreline of Lake Michigan in Glen Arbor this past weekend. These two are wonderful people and their love for each other is evident in the little things that they do for one another. Jessie put together some awesome details and I especially like the horse and carriage. Congrats to the happy couple and may God bless your marriage.

After dating for nine years, Patrick and Brittany have finally tied the knot! These two had a beautiful day, with not a single drop of rain despite the 70% chance of rain weather.com called, in Glen Arbor at The Homestead Resort. It was great seeing familiar smiling faces and it was such a fun and wild group to be with. Congrats PJ & Britt, may God Bless your marriage!

Chad and Kirsten made the hike up from Columbus, OH to get their engagement photos taken on the beautiful west side of Northern Michigan. This couple joins the ” We’ve known each other since high school” group that I am going to start someday. Chad & Kirsten were so fun and playful with each other. Really, I could of asked them to do anything and I think they would have done it, I don’t want to abuse the power of the photographer though… Hopefully I will be able to see these two again someday!

It was a cold Fall day during Jason & Nicole’s wedding at the The Homestead Resort in Glen Arbor, but nothing was going to get in the way of these two having a blast for their wedding. The reception was a blast with live music from Remedy Detroit and even a vocal from Jason himself. We’re so glad we could be part of this day and my God bless your marriage Jason & Nicole!

Ryan and Jessie made the trip from sunny California to have their engagement photos taken in Glen Arbor. Though I wish the traveling was the other way around, we still had a great time with these two along the lake shore of Lake Michigan. For wedding number two over Labor Day weekend, we spent the day with Jason & Liz at The Homestead Resort! This crowd was awesomely CRAZY! I mean what party wouldn’t be awesome with a guest appearance by Brett Favre!!! The reception was a blast with this group and just to warn you, the photo booth for this crowd is going to be worth another visit to the blog, Brett just went crazy! Liz and I met up with Josh and Christine to photograph their engagement session in beautiful Glen Arbor last week and it was a blast. I love taking photos near the water because the beaches around here are so amazing. After the shoot, we hit up Boone’s for a bite to eat and browsed through some photos. I am definitely looking forward to photographing their wedding next June!

A couple of weeks ago, we had the chance to photograph Ryan & Ali’s engagement session in Glen Arbor during their trip home from San Francisco. Besides the pesky mosquitoes, it was a great time being by the water and enjoying some historic locations in the area. Unfortunately we won’t be seeing Ryan and Ali til next year for their July wedding in Glen Arbor. PS thanks to my brother Jason for assisting me on the shoot!
