A couple of weeks ago, Liz and I had the honor of being part of Dave and Pamela’s small yet intimate wedding in Whitehall, Michigan. This wedding was definitely one that will be remembered for a long time, why you might ask, well Dave and Pamela told everyone that was invited to their wedding that they were just going to elope but wanted to celebrate with them by having a dinner at the Michillinda Lodge. When the quests arrived for dinner, they were greeted by Dave and Pamela who were wearing a tuxedo and wedding dress and were told that they were getting married that day… SURPRISE!!! Everyone was happy and in shock at the same time. So this wedding had a different schedule than the traditional wedding. They had dinner before the ceremony at the lodge and then went to a cottage on the Lake Michigan coast line to have their ceremony. During the ceremony was the first time that Dave and Pamela saw their wedding rings as well, just a wedding full of surprises I tell ya and to top it off, they had doves to set free after they were pronounced husband and wife. This was a delightful group to hang out with for the day and we are so happy you both Dave and Pamela. Enjoy your new jobs and have fun continuing your life in Virgina, you will definitely be missed.
