Backyard Wedding on Little Traverse Lake | Quin + Joe

“This was the day I’d been waiting for since the day we met.”

Quin and Joe come from a back ground of keeping your family and loved ones close, so they chose the intimate location of Joe’s parents’ house on Little Traverse Lake. “It holds a lot of memories not only for the two of us, but for the whole family. The property has been in Joe’s step-dads family for generations, and it seemed fitting to share such an occasion at a place with such a rich background of memories, love and quality family time.”

“Honestly, I just wanted to say “I do,” so that we could start our lives together. After half of our 5 years together being more than 1.5 hours away from each other, I couldn’t wait any longer to finally live together.” Excitement radiated from both Quin and Joe the whole day. Their day was so special and intimate. There was emotion flooding from everyone starting when everyone was getting ready that morning until their exist at the end of the night. As these two look back they remember there being many emotional moments during the day. Joe remembers walking his mom down the aisle to be a moment that he will never forget “walking my mom down to her seat was simply wonderful… after all that we have been through together, all that she has done for me in my life, and having it all rush through my mind as we locked arms just made me realize how amazing my mother is”. “Then seeing Quin as she rounded the corner of the house as she started her slowest paced walk I have ever seen her walk before”.

“Perfect, Exciting, Classic” was exactly how these two felt about their day. Seeing all their family and friends all in one place is a memory they will hold onto forever. “There was so much love and happiness, and you could feel it and see it on everyone’s faces.”

Congratulations you two! May God bless your marriage!
