If you’ve ever been in Northern Michigan in July, you know that the weather is it’s own animal and it does what it wants, when it wants. Molly + Derek’s wedding day was no exception! Let’s just say that the heavens opened up and rains came in full force! Molly + Derek were not deterred though. For them, this day was the end of a finish line in a very long race and no amount of rain was going to wash away the excitement that Molly + Derek had stored in their hearts for finally getting to call each other husband and wife.

When that moment finally came, it was everything they had hoped for. “Seeing Derek at the end of the aisle was emotional for both of us . I had imagined that moment for so long and I felt like I had tunnel vision walking towards him. It almost felt like time stood still. I probably would have sprinted up there if my Dad didn’t remind me to slow down!”

Molly + Derek, I am so happy for the both of you and so glad you were able to celebrate your union in Northern Michigan . Thank you for allowing us to be a part of it!
