Jeni + Justin’s BlueBridge Event Centre Wedding was romantic beyond belief. From wedding planning to venue shopping, and throughout their entire day, every moment was a thrill.

“Justin told me when we first started planning our wedding that he had three requests: 1. He didn’t want to be hot 2. He didn’t want to see me before 3. He wanted to get married up north. When I asked Justin, ‘Why up north?’ he said, ‘That’s what we like. It’s our favorite place. There are a lot of fish there.’”

After touring three venues, the couple’s final stop at BlueBridge felt like magic. “That’s when we met Polly, who walked us through the venue like it was our wedding day. It was truly the magic we felt that led us to select our venue. Also, Justin started crying during the tour.”

Despite Justin’s initial request, the couple eventually agreed to a first look, which turned out to be more wonderful than they imagined. They decided not to speak before seeing each other to build anticipation. However, Jeni found a loophole. “I was sending him messages through my bridesmaids and sisters because I was so excited. Once I was on my way to Justin, I was basically running! My poor bridesmaids, in heels, holding my train while I was in my rubber boots hidden under my dress. I was trucking it.”

The two shared a tender first look before walking into their ceremony to make things official. “Waiting to turn around to see her took forever.”

Jeni reflected on the experience, “To feel that loved and that happy is truly extraordinary. Justin keeps saying, ‘How can we do that again?’ I say, ‘You only get married once, Becker!’”
