Callie + Joe chose their wedding location for the spectacular beauty that northern Michigan offers. “Being from the Midwest, we know the views of Lake Michigan are so special and stunning. It’s something that Joe and I love, and having the rolling hills and vines of Ciccone provided a truly beautiful and unique setting for our guests, who are used to corn and bean fields, to feel like they were transported to a magical place.”

The magical feel carried on throughout the day. Callie said she’ll never forget “the confetti toss with ‘This Will Be’ blasting in the background – it felt like a 90s rom-com in the most epic way.”

Another standout moment for her was, “Seeing Joe waiting for me before our first look. It was also perfect because I got to see all our bridal party sticking their heads out of the windows in the barn as I was walking to meet him. Having them be part of such a special moment was incredible.”

For Joe, he’ll always treasure the moment he saw his beautiful bride. “I was reminded of all the amazing adventures and memories that led up to that day.” He also reflected on their ceremony. “The vows that Callie gave were the most meaningful words anyone has ever spoken to me. They were thoughtful, sweet, and I loved every second of them.”

Overall, this lovely couple described their wedding day with the words, “love, joy, thankfulness” and “full of love, laughter, and happiness.”
