“The moment that sticks out to me the most was walking down the aisle and seeing Drew for the first time all day. I can’t even remember seeing any of the guests at the ceremony because I was just so focused on him and felt so eager to get down the aisle to marry my best friend!”

“Paige coming down the aisle was definitely more emotional for me than I anticipated. This was my first time getting married so I didn’t appreciate, or accurately gauge, what that moment would feel like until it was there. Seeing Paige for that first time and how beautiful she looked in her dress, I was truly overcome with joy!”

Paige + Drew’s wedding was set in Drew’s hometown of Charlevoix. “We chose to have our wedding in Charlevoix because that’s where Drew grew up and he still has a lot of family in the area. Northern Michigan is also a really special place for my family as well, so it was an easy decision to make! Charlevoix is also so beautiful and has so much to offer that we knew all of our guests would love it too!”

“Leading up to the day of the wedding, I felt pretty calm but very excited. I didn’t anticipate feeling as nervous as I did once the morning of the wedding rolled around, but it was an excited nervous feeling! Drew and I spent most of the weekend in Charlevoix leading up to the wedding spending time with friends and family, and we didn’t really get a chance to spend a lot of time with just the two of us so I had such a feeling of excitement to finally be able to see him! I had tons of butterflies in my stomach as I waited to see him at the ceremony, and at times it felt like the day was dragging on forever! The entire day felt surreal, but I remember waking up so happy that it was finally the day that I was going to be able to marry my best friend.”
