Glen Arbor holds a special place in Allison + Cam’s hearts so it was set the perfect backdrop to their wedding. “I am the fourth generation of my family to spend their summers on Glen Lake with my great grandparents first coming to the area and purchasing a home on Glen Lake in 1926. I first came to Glen Lake when I was just two and a half weeks old and have spent every summer there since I was born. We wanted to pick a place close to Glen Lake and the Sleeping Bear Dunes area as it is a very special place to me and my family as well as to Cam. We have been together for nine and a half years and Cam has come up to Northern Michigan every summer as well, and it is our favorite place. It was important to us to get married in our favorite place and to share that with our closest friends and family.”

With the perfect location providing an abundance of natural beauty, Allison + Cam’s big day was absolutely perfect. “Excitement, joy, happiness, anticipation, love… We have both been looking forward to this day for a very long time.”

From the first look on the shores of Glen Lake and the emotional vows atop Bay Mountain to tearful speeches, music by The Jerry Ross Band, and a sunset over Lake Michigan, Allison + Cam and their wedding guests celebrated their love with the most perfect day, and it was an absolute honor to be a part of it.
