The Homestead Resort Wedding | Dana + Joe

Choosing a venue to tie the knot at was something that Dana and Joe had put some thought into. “We wanted a place we hadn’t been to before and when we saw the ceremony site at the top of the mountain we were sold!”

With the anticipation of the weekend ahead and the day itself, Dana found herself surprised at how relaxed she was. ” It wasn’t until the final touches of getting ready that the excited nervous started to set in. Thinking about…. many people we loved and cared for were all going to be in the same place at once; anticipating the first look.”

With every small detail completely done, Dana was ready to meet her groom. “This was the first time he would see me as his bride. There were a lot of emotions in that moment, im not sure if ill ever be able to give them enough credit on paper but they were truly euphoric and special -something ill never forget.”

After their precious moment spent together, up the hill the went.”I also really enjoyed the moment that I arrived to the top of the hill on the chair lift. My dad and I had some time to relax on the ride up and by the time I reached the top in was a feeling of contentment. I felt grateful when looking out are see all the people we loved and care so much about all in one place to celebrate Joe and I.”

The day was full of love, and will forever live in their hearts as their very best day.

“Couldn’t get much out of Joe, he said ‘ don’t have emotions, just allergies’ and then gave me a smile lol”
