Fountain Point Resort Wedding | Caroline + Mikey | By Luke

Camp Litchfield Forever!

Where do I even begin with Caroline & Mikey? The love and authenticity that waited around every corner of their wedding was overwhelming. Stepping onto the property of Fountain Point you immediately were drawn in by the intentionality of Caroline & Mikey’s planning of their big day.  Caroline had made most of the decorations and details herself, but the thing that stood out the most was their attention to atmosphere. Everything was about celebration, and fellowship!

In the morning, “We were able to spend some stress free alone time as we made ourselves some breakfast in our honeymoon cabin and talked about the excited nervousness that filled our hearts. That alone time, plus the 9am yoga lead by our cousin Natalie to set our intentions for our day, was just the calm before the party storm we needed.”  Everything went perfectly. After the morning yoga, the ceremony under the tree was more than they could have imagined. “The ceremony felt so personal. It almost felt as if it was just the two of us expressing our love for each other instead of standing nervously in front of our 200 friends and family.”.

At the end of the day, Caroline remembers, “True elation filled every moment of our day.  The image of looking down on the massive smiles of our friends and family as they lifted us on chairs above their heads for what felt like 10 minutes will stay with us forever.”

Caroline & Mikey, I am overjoyed for the both of you. Congratulations!
