Mission Table Wedding | Tamara + Ryan | By Luke

Traverse City has a lot to offer when it comes to hosting a wedding. There are plenty of options for wedding venues, caterers, planners, and many many locations for great photos! What won Tamara + Ryan was Old Mission Peninsula. “We love Traverse City. A few years ago, at our first visit to Jolly Pumpkin, we talked about how cool a wedding would be there and the day we got engaged there was only one place we thought of for our big day.” The local chain brewery, Jolly Pumpkin, is in an old 19th century mansion with house-brewed craft beer located on Old Mission Peninsula’s West Traverse City Bay. With a jolly location the couple couldn’t help but have a smiley day. They were so ready to make it official! “Ryan had some nerves about talking in front of the crowd and I was anxious to get ready and see how the day would unfold but excitement was the main feeling.” Before the ceremony, Tamara + Ryan had some restful time together experiencing a sweet Italian style b+b where they had their couple photos. “It was gorgeous! It was fun to taste the grapes and relaxing to have that time away from everyone before the wedding.”

Thank you for bringing us in to document the unfolding of such a beautiful day!
