“Love, Happy, and Alive” are how Cayman & Ross describe their wedding day!

Everyone’s seen the color blue, but until you see it in the waters of Petoskey, you’re missing out! On a sunny day that blue is so overwhelming and yet it’s only one of the many reasons to visit that part of Michigan. It’s no wonder that Cayman and Ross chose that area to get married. “Ross and I chose to have our wedding in Michigan because we met while studying at MSU. Our first weekend getaway happened to be around the Petoskey area; we went camping! We loved being by the lake, so when we found the Inn at Bay Harbor, right on Lake Michigan, we knew it was the perfect spot to say, ‘I do’”

When I think of Cayman and Ross’s wedding, I can’t get the picture of the two of them grinning out of my head. That’s just how they were all day! Ear to ear smiles, especially at the ceremony. With the sun shining and the wind blowing off the water, Cayman and Ross held each others hands in front of their friends and families and declared the start of their marriage. “We were both super giddy and excited, we will always remember reading our vows to each other as it was so personal and heartfelt. After our happy tears had dried, we began developing wrinkles from all of the smiling and laughing we were doing from there on out.”

Those infectious smiles continued for the entire the day! From the ceremony to the speeches, and from dinner right into the heart of dancing. Smiles, smiles, smiles!
