Twin Lakes Park Wedding | Claire + Joey

The day couldn’t have been more beautiful for Claire and Joey’s wedding! Their location perfectly fit the desires they had for themselves and their guests. “We wanted an intimate ceremony, surrounded by nature and our loved ones. Twin Lakes was the perfect setting for this! Our guests walked through a wooded trail to the ceremony site, allowing for time to connect with those around them. The lake was a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony itself, and the pavilion offered a wonderful outdoor venue for our reception. It was private, intimate, and grounded in who Joe and I are as a couple.”

They have memories from their day that will last them a lifetime. “Joe and I exchanged our vows privately on the lakeshore. It was such a special, heartfelt moment in an environment that felt very authentic. We had a wonderful reception dinner surrounded by those we love. Joe also played basketball with his friends, we went swimming with our nephews, and watched Claire’s siblings chase after a kayak they let adrift in the lake.”

When asked to describe their wedding day, their responses were, “authentic, heartwarming, joyous, relaxed, and zestful.” We think the photos show just how true that was.
