Backyard Farm Wedding | Hannah + Taylor

Hannah + Taylor’s wedding location was initially rushed but quickly realized to be perfect. “Looking back it feels that everything perfectly fell into place. Planning the wedding in a little over 5 months didn’t leave us with many options and erecting a tent on the family farm soon became the only option and one we were a little uncertain with at first. After thinking about it more, we loved the idea of having the sentimental aspect of celebrating our special day where Taylor spent such a big part of his life working and growing up with his Grandpa. Having the reception on the farm seemed like the perfect way to include his grandpa who passed away last year and was one of the most influential people in his life. Now we also have the ability to take our future kids to this location years from now.”

Hannah + Taylor’s most remembered moments were seeing each other for the first time. Taylor remembers, “Seeing Hannah walk down the aisle was by far the most significant part of the day. The flood of emotions of stress, worry, exhaustion, relief, excitement, love and happiness all hit at once. It was hard to contain the happiness that I had seeing her in her dress for the first time but as soon as I saw that she, too, was fighting a whirlwind of emotion, I was able to just smile in the moment and take it all in. It was the one part of the day that seemed to play in slow motion as the rest of the day flew by.” Equally as emotional, Hannah reminisces about how “The entire ceremony was so emotional for me, but seeing Taylor for the first time when I got to the end of the aisle was when I remember feeling like time was standing still. It was such a happy and exciting moment filled with so much love and was something we had been anticipating for so long.”

This so-in-love couple describes their wedding as “romantic, sentimental, and breathtaking.” Congratulations on your marriage, Hannah + Taylor! We wish you both nothing but the best.
