Brengman Brothers Wedding | Jenna + Casey

“Brengman Brothers was a special venue for us. Our first vacation as a couple was to Traverse City. We went to many of the wineries offered in the area of Traverse City. It was in the afternoon and we happened upon Brengman Brothers, which was setting up for a wedding and closing early. Maybe it was the day of drinking wine, but it seemed like an amazing venue and something we ‘joked’ about.”

Jenna and Casey’s special day had been dreamed about for years leading up to it, and when they first saw the venue, they knew right away it was the place they wanted to tie the knot later on down the road.

” At that time we had only been dating for a short period, but both felt one day this would be the place we would get married. So when the time came to chose a wedding location Brengman Brother’s was our first stop and it was as beautiful as the first time we visited 2 years prior.”

Their day finally arrived, with all the details worked out and the planning over, it was time to see one another. Knowing that Casey would calm her nerves, Jenna couldn’t wait for their first look.

“The morning of the wedding was a little rough, I was so nervous and was not feeling well on top of it. I was surrounded by family and friends and was able to spend the morning eating breakfast and sipping mimosas while being pampered at the salon. As the afternoon approached I began to feel more nervous but extremely excited. I just wanted to see Casey. I couldn’t wait to see him in his tux and to see all of our preparations come into place and just enjoy this wonderful, exciting time with our family and closest friends and begin our lives together as husband and wife.”

Despite feeling a little under the weather, and the rain making everyone nervous early on, Jenna and Casey’s positive attitudes kept the day full of laughter and joy. By ceremony, the sun had come to stay and the two were ready to say “I do!”

“The first moment that comes to mind is our vows. I had the idea of writing our own, which Casey wasn’t fond of at first, but that is something I’m glad we did. I had no idea he would write vows to Hayden as well. That was very emotional for me. Hayden looks to Casey as a father, and Casey has always stepped up to the challenged of being a dad without hesitation. Seeing the look on Hayden’s face at that moment meant everything to me. They are my guys and both mean the world to me”

Just like their vows, the rest of the evening continued to be personal, full of love, and one great party! What a pleasure it was to be apart of something so special. Jenna and Casey, Congratulations! May God bless the both of you in your new adventure as man and wife.
