BlueBridge Event Centre Wedding | Mary + Nick | By Luke

Mary + Nick shared a common value of community for their wedding day event. The original date was going to be November of 2020, however with the struggle to plan an ideal day during such strange circumstances the wedding was postponed until October this year, making a solid community all the more important to them. “Through this time, we developed an even further relationship, friendship and bond with the entire team of wonderful people at BlueBridge in the past two years. We had always envisioned and wanted a rustic outdoor vibe, but still have the option of some cozy indoor features. The overall atmosphere, nature, string lights and fire pit was everything we imagined and more! We both were just excited for it to FINALLY be here, and to be sharing this long awaited day with all of our loved ones! We were overwhelmed with the outpouring of love and support from everyone who traveled from near and far to celebrate us.” One of the most tender moments for Nick was while standing in front of everyone with his beautiful wife to be. “Being up at the alter holding Mary’s hand looking around was an emotional moment as it hit me that not only do I stand there before my life partner who loves me indefinitely, but also to see all our friends and family standing up there with us and in the audience. The moment captured a lot of love.” In that moment, Mary + Nick sealed the deal with a kiss as the clouds parted and the sunshine sang. “Right as we kissed and the ceremony wrapped up, the sun started to peak out of the clouds and the weather ended up being perfect.”
